Ingredients – Cacao powder, cacao butter, almond milk, water, and COCO sugar.
The recipe in detail – Place 2 cups of cacao powder in a bowl. Add 3/4 of a cup of cacao butter in the bowl containing the cacao powder. Using a spoon, grind bigger pieces of cacao powder. For easier processing, you can chop the butter into pieces. Put these bigger pieces of cacao powder mixed with butter in a blender or a food processor.
Put one cup of water in a pot and put the above made paste in it. Heat it up until it’s hot. Kindly note: Here you have to make sure that it’s not boiling. Put the fluid back in the bowl, add milk and sugar in it while it is hot. Put this mass in a food processor or whisk it by hand till no lumps can be seen. Put this mixture in differently shaped moulds and freeze it for 6-7 hours at least. Later enjoy it!

Ingredients – Cacao butter, COCO sugar, cacao powder, salt, baking powder, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, cacao nibs, and chopped walnuts.
The recipe in detail – Preheat the oven at 325ºF. Line the square pan with a parchment paper. Take a large bowl and mix cacao butter, COCO sugar, salt and cacao powder. Place this bowl over a pan of water. Make sure the flame is sim mode. Stir occasionally to ensure butter has melted and the mixture is well-combined. Remove from the heat and let it cool for 10-15 minutes. Once it has cooled, add vanilla extract and mix well.
Take a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Keep on stirring until well combined. Add this mixture to the above batter and mix it well. Stir it vigorously! If you want to add cacao nibs, add in this batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes till the tester comes with moist crumbs. Allow it to cool, Serve and enjoy! Keep it in an air tight jar at room temperature.
