**This one will keep you going for a while. Best to take it when you plan to stay up for several hours.
- 2-3 tsp of raw maca powder
- 8 oz almond milk
- 8 oz purified water
- 1 cup strawberries/blueberries/acai berries
- 2 Tbs coconut nectar
- 2 Tbs raw cacao powder
Blend and enjoy
**Tip #2: If you do decide to use Maca in a cooked food recipe, try adding the raw maca powder at the end of cooking so as to expose it to as little heat as possible.
